In the Space Room, our mission is to help our friends transition to becoming more independent and ready for Pre-K. We work on their motor skills throughout the day, including holding writing materials and moving them to make various shapes, lines, and letters. We complete different art projects that connect to our letter of the week and our themes for the month. Each month we have various themes where our students learn about different science and social studies concepts, including community helpers, space, hygiene, parts of the body, etc. We complete science and sensory projects with each theme to experience the different themes. We work on their phonemic awareness, which prepares them for Pre-k and reading readiness. Our three's program works on students' ability to express emotions, which aids them in communicating their wants and needs. We incorporate music and dance, allowing our students to enhance their special specialness and speech development. Music and dance are a big part of our classroom. Our and ours learn how to move their bodies to promote their growth and gross motor skills. Throughout this stage in their development, our friends make significant strides in their learning and communication skills. We look forward to seeing all of our friends accomplishments!
Meet the Teachers
The Space Room 3’s - Head Teacher
Hello Families!
My name is Ms. Cindy, and I am the Lead Teacher of the Space Room. This is my fifth year working at Wisdom Tree. I taught in the Cloud Room for three years, and this is now my second year teaching 3K under the DOE.
I graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Education (Grades 1–6). While my degree is in elementary education, my work with preschoolers has been an amazing journey. Watching them learn, grow, and discover new things each day brings me so much joy.
I am looking forward to another wonderful year of growth and learning in the Space Room!
Warmly,
Ms. Cindy
The Space Room 3’s - Assistant Teacher
Hello Families!
My name is Ms. Suana, and I am the Assistant Teacher in the Space Room. This is my second year working at Wisdom Tree, and it has been such a joy to be part of this amazing community.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in History, and my passion for working with children has inspired me to continue my journey in education. I am planning to enroll in graduate school to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education, as I truly enjoy supporting young learners as they grow and discover the world around them.
I love creating a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and excited to learn. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year together in the Space Room!
Warmly,
Ms. Suana

Parents’ Comments
“Our daughter loves being part of the daycare program at Wisdom Tree. She wakes up every day excited to go to school and talks so highly of her teachers and the staff at Wisdom Tree! We have noticed tremendous growth in our child’s confidence, academic skills, her ability to express her feelings, and most importantly, the school does a great job of promoting independence. The credit for this growth goes to all the teachers and staff at Wisdom Tree, as all have a hand in the care and education of each child. In this challenging time of social isolation, Wisdom Tree has provided a safe place for our daughter to learn and socialize with children her age. The school has strict COVID policies that make us feel safe sending our children to school during this pandemic, and we are beyond thankful. Wisdom Tree provides exceptional communication by email for monthly and general announcements, and daily communication via Brightwheel. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to be part of Wisdom Tree and plan to have our child attend Pre-K at Wisdom Tree next year. We also plan to enroll our younger children in the 2’s program when they turn two. Feel free to use all or any of this. Sorry for writing so much, but you guys are amazing!”
“Wisdom Tree is not just a school; it’s a family. My child had learned so much academically and socially since he started attending when he was two. All of the teachers and staff are smart, caring, and kind. Wisdom Tree provides a nurturing, safe and fun environment for children. I’m incredibly grateful to entrust my child’s education and well-being to such capable hands.”
